Hello! my name is Ngwafu and I am the Founder and Chief of gwafuvegan. I am an experienced chef, here to share my journey and passion for vegan cooking. Born in Cameroon, raised in the UK, I am now based in Manchester, which in my opinion, is one of the best places to be vegan. My goal is to widen my culinary skills, learn how to make dishes from across different cuisines & cultures, and then share this knowledge to fellow foodies. I think of food as the fuel of life, so, why wouldn’t you want to experience all of it?!

I have many years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, developing recipes and troubleshooting problems at a large scale, as well as ample restaurant experience, preparing and serving vegan food to a high standard. gwafuvegan serves as my live portfolio. Unless specified, all words and photos are my own.
