Ngwafu’s Story
Hello! My name is Ngwafu and I am the Founder and Chef of gwafuvegan.
I’m a Manchester-based plant-based chef, grower, and forager, passionate about helping people enjoy delicious, affordable plant-based food and learn how to create it themselves without breaking the bank.
gwafuvegan serves as my live portfolio. Unless specified, all words and photos are my own.
gwafuvegan specializes in catering and educating the community about affordable plant-based West African food, using seasonal British produce. We ensure to only use high-quality, sustainable produce that is locally sourced and grown at our allotment, all while reducing waste. Our number one aim is to spread our love of plant-based food and our passion for West African cuisine. By doing this we showcase new and exciting flavours to our ever-growing diverse community.
