Seasonal Supper Club
Join us for an evening of seasonal soul-conscious cooking. A fusion of seasonal British produce and Ngwafu’s Cameroonian heritage, this low-impact Manchester Supper Club will celebrate homegrown and local fruit and vegetables, ferments and foraged ingredients. Whether you’re an experienced forager, long-term grower, or just curious about the benefits of eating seasonally and food preservation, this three-course meal isn’t one to miss.
Following on from the success of last summer’s supper club, this time around we’re going to grease the hinges and add a party vibe to the mix!
In collaboration with Bitter Leaf Industries, we really want to inject joy into this Manchester Supper Club, and nothing lifts the spirits more than music. Tom, founder of Bitter Leaf, will be curating a selection of music to be mixed alongside the dishes, easing into the evening and building the energy in tandem withthe meal.
In true seasonal style, the menu will be released early June, allowing us to assess the yields available from our allotment. However, we can guarantee an evening of flavour packed, plant-based deliciousness, including the fermented Cameroonian snack, bobolo.
Date: Thursday 16th July 2026, 6:30-9pm (food served from 7pm)

Please note that we will be recording the music and ambience of the supper club, which will be available to experience again online. While visuals will focus primarily on DJ Tom and kitchen staff, we will also have wristband available on entrance for guest who do not wish to be filmed to wear. This will ensure that those who do not wish to be filmed will be excluded from any footage that will be made public.
