"Gwafuvegan provided catering for our Softlife Day Retreat for POC. We were so happy with the service provided both on the day and running up to the event. The communication was amazing - any questions or queries we had were quickly dealt with and we never felt that we were asking too much. The food was INCREDIBLE, we would definitely give it 5 stars. Everything was so tasty and fresh. It was the perfect food after a full day of wellbeing activities, so wholesome and nourishing. The price was amazing for what we got, each person got a full bowl full of food and no one went home hungry, definitely enough to go around. We didn’t have to worry about anything either, the service was spot on, they arrived perfectly on time and sorted out all the equipment, bowls and cutlery - everything ran like clockwork. Ngwafu was incredibly accommodating; particularly as we were arranging it last minute. She replied very promptly and was incredibly helpful. Food was Five out of five and definitely was well priced. The rice was a good portion but it was quite pricey – although I think the portions would have been bigger if it was served as a main rather than a side which would have equated to the price. It may be useful to know how much a side portion would be.

Ngwafu and her team were extremely clear on everything they could offer us for our event which made putting everything together a total breeze! Even on the evening of the event, it consistently felt under control. Feedback on the food - 5/5, easy! My friend and I shared both items on offer and were beyond satisfied. Glowing reviews from all guests as well. The portions are synonymous to many other caterers we've used in the past. With the bowls being put together as fresh as possible with beautiful homemade ingredients, I think the pricing was very fair. Ngwafu and her colleague were so lovely both leading up to the event and on the day itself. She was great at taking initiative and getting her station beautifully set up, checking in with myself and my team if we needed anything extra from her, and helping us to hand out seconds to folk who were buzzing to have more! Truely professional and absolutely seamless operations. Would you recommend? -100% yes! We were recommended Gwafu Vegan from Cloudwater and we could not have been happier. It's only right to keep the recommendations rolling forward so more people have the chance to try their lovely dishes!

The GwafuVegan team’s communication throughout the booking process was 10/10. Came back to me quickly when requesting a quote, answered any questions I had and reassured me throughout that the event would go ahead without any concern on my end as the organizer.

Our office catering from Gwafuvegan was delicious, all staff really enjoyed the food and it was plentiful including salad, sauces, and plantain. Full ingredients and reheating instructions were included on each packaging, which was helpful for individuals to heat up themselves. Communication and ease of booking with Ngwafu beforehand was so straightforward, I really appreciate all the help - I’d 100% recommend to others and will be looking to use Gwafuvegan again should we be looking for similar foods.
