Pay-It-Forward Dining Experience

Enjoy a delicious meal in a unique setting where guests who can contribute more help cover the cost for low-income individuals — many of whom have never experienced fine dining.

Hands-On Skill Building

We're creating opportunities for individuals on probation to gain valuable skills and experience in a supportive, empowering environment.

Sustainability at the Core

All produce is sourced from FareShare Greater Manchester (rescuing surplus food) and locally grown mushrooms from FungALL, cultivated just for this event.
