Abundance Festival is a down-to-earth celebration of community, craft and good food. Drop in for a couple of hours or stay all day - try a quick workshop, sample juice from rescued fruit, listen to local artists, and meet the groups making Manchester greener and kinder.

I’ll be running a fermentation demo during the day, using locally foraged apples and pears, as well as lacto-fermenting some cabbages—a preservation technique used to store vegetables for enjoyment over the winter season.
